GloBE-Reg Clinical Centre Reporter: A clinical user at a centre who is responsible for the patients being added. Can add and edit patient data.
GloBE-Reg Non-clinical Centre Reporter: A non-clinical user at a centre who is not clinically responsible for the patients being added. Can add and edit patient data.
GloBE-Reg Centre Analyst: A read-only role for a user to view and download patient data in their centre.
GloBE-Reg Centre Lead*: A clinical user at a centre who is responsible for the patients being added. Can add, edit and delete patient data. Can approve new users in their centre and assign roles.
*Qualifications, responsibilities and role of a Centre Lead (CL):
- must be registered on GloBE-Reg and hold the role of Registry centre clinical reporter.
- must be a permanent member of the clinical staff
- is responsible for local data governance and institutional ethics approvals
- should oversee the reporting of cases in the registry by the local staff
- will be responsible for approving new user requests from the centre
- is the only person at that centre who can delete any case
- and, where relevant, the Clinician Responsible will be contacted when eligible cases are identified at a centre for a study
- and, where relevant, the Clinician Responsible will be contacted when a Publication involving data added by the centre is planned
