If you require access to your record in the GloBE-Reg Registry, you can either ask your hospital doctor to provide you a print-out of all the records or you can access the Registry yourself.
To access the registry, you need to provide your hospital doctor with an e-mail address. This can also be done through the GloBE-Reg Consent Form
After you provide the email, your doctor will invite you electronically through the Registry and you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to create an account in the Registry through the link below. https://www.mvls.gla.ac.uk/GlobeReg/Account/PatientLogin
