If you require access to your record in the GloBE-Reg Registry, you can either Request a printout of your record directly from your hospital doctor or you can access the Registry yourself.
To access the registry, you need to provide your hospital doctor with an e-mail address. This can also be done through the GloBE-Reg Consent Form
Once your email address has been added, your doctor will send you an electronic invitation through the Registry. You will then receive an email with a secure link to create your personal Registry account.
Once you have created your account, you can access it at any time via the patient log-in link on https://globe-reg.net/access-the-registry/
