The GloBE-Reg Collaborative Centre Grants support the development and participation of centres that intend to be actively involved in using the GloBE-Reg platform. The grants that are available are summarised below.
Set-up Grant

- Please discuss your application with the GloBE-Reg team.
- The applicant’s institution should be registered with GloBE-Reg as a centre.
- The application has to be submitted by the GloBE-Reg Centre Lead.
- The Grant Applications section forms the body of the proposal. Do not submit additional documentation other than a brief cover letter, a CV of the applicant and Institution Financial Information.
- GloBE-Reg does not provide ‘indirect costs’.
- All three grants are mono-beneficiary grants and multiple applicants will not be considered
- We will offer feedback and decision from the Grant Review Panel for all applications.
- Applications will not be accepted if they are submitted after the advertised deadline.
- Provision of institutional financial information does not imply grant approval.
- Payment processing will begin only upon receipt of complete and accurate financial information from the institution. Please note that disbursement typically takes 2 to 3 months, depending on the timely submission and verification of the required financial documentation.
- All applications will be notified automatically upon submission. If you do not receive a notification please contact the Project Management Group.
Support Grant

- Please discuss your application with the GloBE-Reg team.
- The applicant’s institution must be registered with GloBE-Reg as an active centre, contributing high-quality data to ongoing studies.
- The application has to be submitted by the GloBE-Reg Centre Lead.
- The Grant Applications section forms the body of the proposal. Do not submit additional documentation other than a brief cover letter, a CV of the applicant and Institution Financial Information.
- GloBE-Reg does not provide ‘indirect costs’.
- Each awarded Support Grant covers a two-year period, and only one Support Grant can be held at a time. The past Centre Support Awardee can re-apply subject to receiving a final report from the previous grant.
- All three grants are mono-beneficiary grants and multiple applicants will not be considered
- We will offer feedback and decision from the Grant Review Panel for all applications.
- Applications will not be accepted if they are submitted after the advertised deadline.

Travel Grant

- The applicant’s institution should be registered with GloBE-Reg as a centre.
- The Grant Applications section forms the body of the proposal. Do not submit additional documentation other than a brief cover letter, a CV of the applicant and support letter from the Centre Lead.
- For applicants who are members of the Patient Advisory Group, affiliation with a registered centre is not required. Instead, applicants shall provide a support letter from their Patient Group/Organisation, or from the GloBE-Reg Project Lead if no organisation is available.
- GloBE-Reg does not provide ‘indirect costs’.
- All three grants are mono-beneficiary grants and multiple applicants will not be considered.
- Applications will not be accepted if they are submitted after the advertised deadline.
- Payment processing will begin only upon receipt of complete and accurate financial information from the applicant. Please note that disbursement typically takes 2 to 3 months, depending on the timely submission and verification of the required financial documentation.
